To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phptaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
phptaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phptaya wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
